Properties and Uses
Glyceryl monostearate is a yellowish waxy solid, this product does not dissolve in water, soluble in hot oil, paraffin, ethanol, chloroform, acetone, ethyl ether. In food, cosmetics as emulsifier and surfactant, in transparent PVC aggregate as a lubricant.
